Data and Privacy Policy with reference to  Shirley Trimmer YOGA

Any information I obtain from clients will not be shared with any parties

• Shirley Trimmer YOGA will retain the minimum of data required to manage day to day administration and to meet health and safety commitments; this includes name, address, phone number and email address and an emergency contact. The data will be requested when a student first attend a class and is collected on paper and then transferred to an electronic database.

 

• Shirley Trimmer YOGA also collects information relating to class attendance and yoga card status on an electronic database.

• Any personal information Shirley Trimmer YOGA collects from you will be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) May 2018.

 

Shirley Trimmer YOGA will not seek to make any use of data for marketing purposes unless a student has explicitly consented prior to receiving such communications. Students will have the opportunity to opt-in to such communications, for example, a e-Newsletter or whatsap group.
